The cheesecake may extend its life if wrapped in plastic wrap and set in a freezer bag. This may allow another month.Proper wrapping of the cheesecake can prevent it from drying out in the fridge and absorbing outside odors. Wrapping the cheesecake as tight as possible will help keep the flavor in tact. Prepared cheesecake can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.Bread without a dairy topping can be stored on the counter as long as it is covered with plastic wrap. It can stay at room temperature for up to 4 days or in the fridge for up to 6 days. It is recommended that when freezing the bread it is frozen without the topping as there may be a chance during the thawing out period that the topping may become runny or melt. Wrap the bread in at least 3 layers of plastic wrap when freezing. This preserves the bread most effectively. Thaw at room temperature before serving!

Chocolate can easily absorb the many odors within a refrigerator and is recommended that it is not stored in this location. During the hotter parts of the year, it may be neccessary to place the chocolate in the refrigerator. If needed, wrap it tightly to protect the chocolate from odors and condensation, then seal it in an airtight container. When removing from the refrigerator, let it come back to room temperature before unwrapping. This will keep your chocolates edible for anywhere from three to six months.
Store them in a cool and dry space away from light in an airtight container if leaving on the counter. This will help to maintain the sugars in the chocolate and keep it from oxidizing or turning white.
If needing to freeze the chocolate for a longer period of time, place the chocolate in the refrigerator in an airtight container for a full 24 hours. Remove the container and place in the freezer, this helps to avoid a temperature shock and helps to preserve texture. When ready to thaw out and eat, move the container from the freezer to the refrigerator and allow a full 24 hours before removing and unwrapping them.
