We use 3 types of chocolate: dark chocolate, almond bark chocolate and white chocolate. When processing orders that are vegan or sugar free, we use vegan milk chocolate or sugar free chocolate

Those that require a cake like dough in the center are first baked then rolled and then prepped for dipping. Flour is first heat treated to prevent harmful bacteria like E. coli or Salmonella that can contaminate raw flour from existing in our treats.
